Leadership.
Ryan Galea, Founder.
Ryan is a Toronto area native from a family of serial entrepreneurs. He has cumulatively executed over $1 billion of investments and transactions in private and public companies, and been involved in building and scaling several multi-million dollar platform businesses.
Ryan started his career in Healthcare Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, before moving to private equity investing at Lindsay Goldberg. Most recently, Ryan worked in public equities investing at Citadel, where he focused on investing in complex industries, companies, and situations misunderstood by other investors.
Ryan earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Ryan is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is also experienced in machine learning software development and lectures on modern applications in business.
Ryan currently resides in Brooklyn with his two dogs. He is an avid back country skier and snowboarder, as well as an aspiring golfer. He is also a dedicated coffee enthusiast.
